Mountain Employment Training was founded on a simple belief: a good job changes everything. Since 2022, we've walked alongside people with disabilities, their families, and the local employers who hire them.

To help people with disabilities discover, pursue, and keep employment that honors their strengths, interests, and goals — and to build the kind of local employer relationships that make those careers possible.

Credentials
Mountain Employment Training is an approved DVR vendor, a PASA-approved Program Approved Service Agency, and an Employment Network (EN) under the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work program. Our staff are ACRE Certified (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators) and certified in Mental Health First Aid, and participate in continuing education on accessibility, trauma-informed practice, and inclusive employment.
