Comprehensive vocational rehabilitation, tailored to you.

Services are funded through DVR, the Ticket to Work program, PASA, or private pay. We'll help you figure out what's right for your situation. We don't offer benefits planning in-house, but we're happy to refer you to a trusted partner.

  • Transition Services

    Pre-employment transition services (Pre-ETS) for students ages 15–21, including career exploration, work-based learning, and self-advocacy training.

  • Vocational Evaluation

    Strengths-based assessment of skills, interests, work history, and support needs. Includes situational assessments and a written report your counselor can use.

  • Job Development & Placement

    Customized job search rooted in local employer relationships. Resume, application, interview prep, and warm introductions to hiring managers.

  • Job Coaching

    On-site and remote coaching to learn job tasks, build workplace relationships, and develop natural supports — fading as confidence grows.

  • Ticket to Work (EN)

    As an Employment Network, we help Ticket holders set goals, find work, and maintain progress toward long-term self-sufficiency.
